Jaci Babbs

"Before joining staff with FCA, I played softball at the University of Kentucky for four years, where I was first introduced to this ministry that God used in a pivotal way in my life. Throughout college, I struggled with finding my identity in my performance and success on the field. Through FCA, I learned what it truly meant to have a relationship with Jesus and to pursue intimacy with Him through spiritual disciplines. Over time, the Lord showed me that my identity is found in Christ alone, not in sport. As I grew in my faith, I stepped into spiritual leadership on my team and saw how God used my availability to impact my teammates, which ultimately led me to pursue full-time ministry with FCA.

Since graduating college in 2022, I have been serving on staff with FCA, ministering to female coaches and athletes at the University of Kentucky. In addition, I am involved in international ministry in East Africa, with a heart to help advance the gospel to all nations. My greatest passion is discipling others—teaching them how to follow Jesus and become "fishers of men". In August 2025, I married my best friend, Jacob, and am grateful for the ways the Lord continues to shape our lives together in this ministry."

Matty Finlay

Matty Finlay is originally from Liverpool, England and moved to the US to play college soccer at Carson Newman. At Carson Newman, as a sophomore, he met Jesus at FCA and his life was radically changed. 

Matty currently lives in Chattanooga, TN with his wife Tabitha and three boys, Preston , Parker and Peyton.
